terms1. I will accept and confirm the commission only after listening to your files. I may decline a commission due to lack of quality or you do not comply with the Guidelines I requested.
2. I have the right to decline your commission if it's beyond my ability.
3. 100% payment is required before I start working.
4. After checking all files and receiving payment, I will confirm your commission and will put it on waiting list or will start working on it right away.
5. You can cancel and require 100% refund before I start. 30% refund after I have finished timing/tuning. Refunds will not be accepted after I have been in the mixing process.
6. All prices in the sheet are base prices. Prices may vary depending on many factors.
7. Please ask if you want to retake after submitting. Retakes when I'm in the process of mixing will charge an additional fee.
8. Artificial harmony can only be applied to recordings with the correct tone, if the tone is much deviated, an additional fee will be charged.
9. Please do not make any modifications to the tracks before sending them to me.
10. Rushing deadlines or skipping the waiting list will result in a price increment.
11. The final mix will include 1 full mix and 1 acapella.
12. After receiving the final mix, you have up to 1 week to confirm. If I do not receive any response after 1 week, you will lose the right to make any changes.conditions1. Please provide separate files for vocals and instrumental.
2. I only accept mono files in .WAV or MP3 format.
3. You must provide the highest quality instrument file (WAV required, Mp3 accepted).
4. The overlaps lines must be exported as individual files.
5. I will need a folder containing all the separate files and the original song as reference. You can send it to me via google drive, app box,..
6. Please clearly label your files with the format: Your Name _ Song Name _ Main/Harmony/Adlibs
7. The quality of your recordings has a significant impact overall. Please try to send the best recording. The file you send me will be considered as the final file.
8. Try to record close to the microphone to avoid background reverberation, while properly balancing the microphone gain to avoid effects such as clipping, distortion, bounce, and unwanted background noise. Some problems cannot be fixed and this will reduce the quality of the final product.
